Delete your account

You can delete your BrainBox Academy account and its data here, from any browser — you do not need the app installed.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile: XP, level, badges, avatar and bio
• Your learning history and per-subject progress
• Your activity log (page views and sign-ins)

What is kept

Where you appear as an opponent in another learner's past match, that match record stays, but your name is replaced with “Deleted learner” and your account id is removed. This is so deleting your account does not erase someone else's history. Nothing in those records identifies you afterwards.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
